Intelligence in the IQ sense is bullshit. Intelligence in the CIA sense has real consequences. My view on that is that people must build their own intelligence agency which, in contrast with the CIA, specializes in DECLASSIFYING knowledge. The CIA itself needs to be DISASSEMBLED, in the assembly language sense.
