🤔 I have a ton of loyalty cards. Well, these days, a ton of places I can "loyally" type in my phone number.
The fuck are these even getting me?
Probably not enough to be worth the data they track with it.

What if... a whole FUCK TON of us use ONE number? Get the savings, but the data would be fucking useless.

I love that there are at least four HEVC/H.265 patent pools and you have to pay all of them separately for licensing. And they expect hardware manufacturers to pay per-unit for hardware decoders, and then expect OSes to pay a fee per-installation for interfaces to those hardware decoders (plus additional for software decoders), then expect every single program using it to pay a fee per-installation to use those OS interfaces to the hardware decoder XD.

Oh yeah and the distributor of what you're watching has to pay a fee per stream/disc/etc (although apparently three out of the four pools don't charge for non-physical distribution licenses, how generous of them).

Gee, I wonder why no one other than pirate release groups use HEVC lol
